The neat and clean rooms were the best aspects of my recent city break hotel. the location was great, close to all the famous sights and shopping areas. I appreciated the fact they offered a complimentary breakfast, which was a good value for money.
the staff did not seem interested in helping the guests, and there was a lack of basic amenities such as cold water and soap.
